Throughout the season we will be collaborating with talented, local chefs and other passionate people to bring you wild dining events. The first of this outdoor wild dining experience is titled

Farmed. Foraged. FEAST!

On Sunday, July 28th we will be collaborating with Meander River Farm & Brewery and Chef Lachlan Culjak to bring you an unforgettable dining experience.

The evening starts with a welcome drink from Meander River Brewery. Afterward, we will explore the surrounding fields and forest to learn about local wild edibles with an engaging wild food tour from Sarah @ East Coast Wild Foods. You will also receive a farm tour from the lovely family and our hosts, Allan and Brenda from Meander River Farm.

Following the tour, Chef Lachlan Culjak will serve a four-course dinner inspired by local, wild ingredients and products sourced from the farm. You will enjoy this four-course dinner in the outdoors, surrounded by the beauty and sounds of nature.

This event was created with the desire to connect people to our local food systems and to strengthen the connection between what the land provides and what we eat.
