Our Chaga chunks are carefully harvested from the pristine Acadian forest on the East Coast of Canada. We harvest all of our products with care and appreciation.
How to brew chaga chunks:
- Bring water to a boil – turn down to a low simmer.
- Drop in a handful of Chaga chunks (the weight proportion between chunks and water should be 1 to 5).
- Let the Chaga simmer until the water turns a reddish brown color, or, at least 2-3 hours (some even steep for 6-8) to extract more of the bioactive ingredients. Strain the tea into a mug and add some maple syrup or honey to taste if you prefer a little sweetness.
